Marshall and Mark met back in 1980. Mark was a food scientist and Marshall was struggling to reconcile his Veganism with his curiosity as to how Babe the Pig from the movie Babe the Pig would taste.
Together they realized they had all the tools they needed to solve the problem thanks to Mark’s day job in an experimental lab that was tasked with creating a tool to help the troops turn random trash they found into delicious burgers.
42 years and several failed marriages later and Meat My Hero is finally ready for your kitchen and, soon supermarkets everywhere.
